Over the weekend I ran compact on all of the mail archive files on the server from the command line via the server console. Now when I try to open any archive file I get the "This database is currently in use by another person or process and cannot be opened at this time...."
There are no open files showing up on the server via Computer Management on the Windows server either. Why are these files reported as still in use? Is there some way to fix this without restarting Domino?
